2. Services & Orders

2.1 All orders are subject to approval and availability.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
2.3 Custom designs and prints require client approval before production. Once approved, changes may not be possible.
2.4 Estimated completion times are provided for reference and may vary based on workload and project complexity.

3. Payments & Pricing

3.1 Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Full or partial payment may be required before order processing.
3.3 We accept multiple payment methods, including credit cards, e-transfers, and other approved options.
3.4 Any outstanding balances must be cleared before delivery or pickup of finished products.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
4.2 Refunds or reprints may be provided only in cases of errors caused by OnBoard Print & Signs.
4.3 Cancellations must be requested before production begins. If production has started, no refunds will be issued.

5. Design & Intellectual Property

5.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, images, or content submitted for printing.
5.2 OnBoard Print & Signs reserves the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted or offensive materials.
5.3 Custom designs created by OnBoard Print & Signs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability & Warranty

6.1 We are not responsible for errors in client-submitted artwork, including spelling, color accuracy, or formatting issues.
6.2 OnBoard Print & Signs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6.3 We strive to ensure quality, but minor variations in color and material may occur due to printing and production processes.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

7.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Customer information is used only for order processing, communication, and service improvement. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent.
